I've been to this hotel multiple times in the past few months, and I plan to return many more times this year. The rooms are very comfortable and extremely quiet, perfect for a getaway trip. However, more package deals would be great for us older guests looking to relax for a few days. Unfortunately, on one occasion, I had booked a room that wasn't available and was given a King bedroom with a view of a wall and a horrible smell. Even though it was quieter, there was a constant cold draft coming through the vents. On the bright side, the room had a spa tub which was a nice bonus.

My stay at the hotel was amazing! The rooms were just as perfect as last time we went, very large and bright. The bed was fantastic and probably the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The staff was very friendly and helpful, providing great tips for visiting the Niagara area. The location was great for walking to everything we needed to see, very close to all the attractions and restaurants. The dining experience was enjoyable, and the facilities were top-notch.

However, more package deals for seniors like us would be a nice touch. The service was efficient and patient, though friendliness could be more consistent. I recently stayed at this hotel to celebrate my parents' anniversary.
